Shipping within the mainland UK is free.
All items will be posted with a Tracking Number and Signature requirment
International Shipping: will be an added cost and pricing will be reflected depending on the final destination country
Please note: Some countries will have local import taxes and duties which are the responsibilities of the purchaser
Our dedicated postal days will be Tuesday and Thursday
Depending on our work load we will always try to get your order out and in the mail on the next business day.
Please consider postal times within your own deadlines when ordering.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns will not be accepted unless an item is defective, in that event we will remake or replace your item. Please contact us on receiving your item if you believe the item is defective

Damaged or Missing Orders, If your order arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping, please contact us so we can file a claim.
