CUSTOMER QUERIES
Leather items are constantly getting made within our workshop. As each item is completed and inspected, it will be posted within the online shop and marked as ready to ship.
This means the item you are looking at will be the item that is sent to you once the purchase is complete
Each leather item will have its own unique markings, colourings and patina. These are not production line items. They are one of a kind pieces.

Custom orders will be made to suit your requirements.
Please note: Custom orders will vary on times and on the amount of required customisation.
There will be a time delay due to it not being an already in stock item.
Leather type, colour, style and personal monograms will be determined by the customer and what we have in material stocks.
Payment will be required upfront and non refundable on custom items.
Please note: Monogramed initials on leather items can not be unsold to another customer.
With monogramed items, a test stamping on scrap leather will be sent to the purchaser for final spell check and approval before we make the item.
Once all spell checks and payment is conducted a time for completion will then be given to the purchaser.

Our leather hides are only sourced through reputable commercial tanneries.
We will never buy hides from sellers without a clear ethically sourced background.
We very aware we are working with an animal's hide and will always show respect and strive for zero waste.

A few things to consider....
If you require a particular item made from a leather I haven't got in stock, we can buy in that leather for your order. (it will add an obvious cost onto your request)
Please note: This will no doubt add to making delays due to the sourcing of a required leather and delivery times from tanneries.
Please consider this when requesting something custom in a non stocked leather of your choice.
Turn around times from specialist tanneries can come with long delays, please factor this into your own personal deadlines.
