About "The Quarter Ring Belt"
Named after the strong steel ring that supports a Whisky Barrel.
These belts are made from High Quality Vegtable Tanned Leather from Britain's last standing Oak bark Tannery J & F.J Baker 
Made to last a lifetime, these belts are heavy duty.
 
The Hardware
The Buckle and Keeper are made in solid Stainless Steel 
(NOT NICKLE PLATED) 
 
The Leather
The leather thickness in these belts is between 5 to 6mm and 38mm wide, yet amazingly soft an subtle.
The edges and back are in natural colour, only the front has colouring in Black, Brown or Tan.
The edges are burnished and smooth.
There is a heavy thick wax that the Tannery puts on their Bridle Leather, in which I rub down the excess and just leave a faint trace, this will slowly melt into your belt and give it a beautiful luster and highlight its natural markings.
 
The Construction
I saddle stitch by hand, I dont use rivets.
Yes, there are pros and cons for both rivet and saddle stitched belts, I just prefer and make them as saddle stitched.
Trust me, the stitching is super strong!
 
Size?
I cut the belts at the longest length I can get, this way I can cater to all customer sizes and try and avoid wastage.
5 x belt buckle holes, ask if you want more, it's not a problem its your belt
I cut the tip or tail of the belt into a pointed tip as seen above
 
Big or small I've got you covered......Belted!
 
How do I get my size?
Once you purchase the belt, you can contact me with your custom sizing, this will require you to measure an existing belt you already own.
